Laptop Power UK Ltd. is a successful company based in Liverpool that came to TEMA looking to breach into the German market as well as into the French, Spanish and Italian market further down the line. In order to start a promising business expansion, they enquired information about the procedures and requirement for each country. In a meeting, TEMA informed Laptop Power on several topics regarding local preferences and regulations, for example on German laws in regard to top level domain (TLD) registration and phone number acquisition. Furthermore, Laptop Power showed great interest in TEMA Telemarketing to handle inbound calls dealing with customer enquiries and support. In addition to that, Laptop Power required TEMA Web & SEO alongside with TEMA Translation to localise web content and improve website rankings on Google and other search engines using blog articles in foreign languages and key word research.
Process
In order to effectively aid Laptop Power with their expansion plans, TEMA appointed a project manager to ensure smooth and straight forward communication and to ensure that the approach was tailored to the requirements of Laptop Power. - Ad-hoc tasks such as translations for other purposes
